Important: Before starting, make sure you have already created your email account within your hosting service.
Step 1: Log in to Help.com
- Go to your Help.com Dashboard.
- Click Hosting → Hosting Dashboard.
- Select your hosting service
Step 2: Access DirectAdmin
- Click the blue “Go To DirectAdmin” button.
- This will open your DirectAdmin Dashboard.
Step 3: Open Webmail (Roundcube)
- Inside DirectAdmin, click on Extra Features.
- Select Webmail: Roundcube.
Step 4: Log in to Webmail
- A new window for Roundcube Webmail will open.
- Enter your email address (e.g. admin@yourdomain.com) and your password.
- Click Login.
Step 5: Start Using Email
- Once logged in, you can read, send, and manage your emails directly from Roundcube.
